30-DAY RETURNS

Not in love with your piece? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal is unbroken, unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always refunded or replaced at no cost to you.

HOW TO RETURN

Contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Once we receive and check your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
