1. ABOUT US
This website is operated by Passeggiata ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. PRODUCTS
We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product materials are listed on each product page.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but you always pay the price shown when you place your order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

4. ORDERS
After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.

5. SHIPPING
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

7. LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product, except where the law does not allow this. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

All content on this website (text, images, logos and design) belongs to Passeggiata and may not be copied without permission.
